Below is a sample timeline of what an 8-hour coverage typically looks like for us, but of course every wedding is different, so we’re happy to discuss the specifics in finer detail!

This part of the day is usually unseen by Partner Two, it’s where the nerves start to show and the excitement builds. At first, the atmosphere can feel a little shy, but it doesn’t take long for everyone to relax and for us to blend right in like part of the crew.
TIP: Aim to have everyone halfway dressed (shirts and pants on) when we arrive, and lay out accessories neatly for us to photograph. If you want family involved, have them dressed and ready too!

The energy is buzzing now! Between the emotions, final touches, and little details, we’ll be capturing all those beautiful behind-the-scenes moments.
TIP: Plan to have hair and makeup finished by the time we get there – typically 1.5 hours before you leave. We’ll head out about 30 minutes before your departure to be ready for the ceremony.

The big moment has finally arrived! You lock eyes, you make promises, and share that first married kiss – pure magic.
Capturing the ceremony is at the heart of your story. It’s emotional, real, and priceless.

Your favourite people, all in one place – it deserves some special attention!
We’ll capture a blend of candid moments, classic group portraits, and those wonderful unplanned interactions. And yes, we’ll definitely round everyone up for that big group photo too.
(45 – 90 min)
First up, we gather the bridal party for some fun, relaxed group shots – a perfect mix of candid moments and a few timeless portraits you’ll treasure.
Once we’ve captured the energy and excitement of your crew, we shift the focus to just the two of you. This is your time to slow down, soak in the moment, and let the magic happen naturally.
(2 – 3 hours)
The celebration is in full swing! From heartfelt speeches to the first dance and the spontaneous laughter in between, we’ll be there to capture the spirit and energy of the night.
TIP: Try to schedule key moments like speeches, cake cutting, and your first dances earlier in the evening for the best lighting and smoothest coverage. And if you can, sneak in a few minutes on the dance floor – those vibrant, joy-filled shots are always unforgettable!
